Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing date.
Is my data really private?
Absolutely. We use zero-knowledge encryption, which means your sensitive data (valuations, locations, provenance) is encrypted on your device before it reaches our servers. We never have access to the decryption keys.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. If you exceed them, you'll have a 14-day grace period to upgrade or remove items. During this time, you can still access all your data.
